Job Title: Bartender – Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar, Highland, CA

Location: Highland, CA

Employment Type: Full-time, Entry level

• Mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to industry standards.
• Provide friendly service to staff and customers, ensuring a great bar experience.
• Assist servers and transport plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, bar, and kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols, including use of disinfectant and protective gear.
• Maintain physical stamina for up to 4 hours of standing and light lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Must be 21 years or older (per state law).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to quality service and workplace safety.
• Availability for flexible schedules; willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends.

• Base pay at minimum wage plus tips.
