SERVPRO of Highland Park is hiring an Administrative Assistant! Quick hire!!!

As an Administrative Assistant, you will assist office teammates and customers by handling office tasks, providing professional assistance via phone, text, and email, and maintaining a positive workplace presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, texts, emails, and respond professionally to inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters regarding claims and build positive relationships
  • Schedule jobs and maintain calendars
  • Prepare and manage job files, including insurance documentation
  • Coordinate with field staff, vendors, and customers
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and payments
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Support management with administrative tasks

Position Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in water/fire damage restoration, construction, or insurance
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and general computer skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking ability
  • High school diploma/GED required; associate’s degree preferred
  • Valid California driver’s license is required
  • Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and stand or bend as needed
  • Ability to pass a background check

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
