The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $16.75 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $16.75 USD - $25.15 USD per hour.

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment and store cleanliness. Advocates of both in-store and digital services who are knowledgeable about capabilities and features that drive adoption and loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while ensuring quality.

• Communicating and interacting with guests to build a welcoming guest experience
• Blending problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concerns
• Adapting to different guest interactions and situations
• Promoting and engaging around various benefits, offerings and services

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
• Assist guests to solve their specific needs in a welcoming way
• Inform guests about current promotions, store activities and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve issues
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
• Know and explain the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards and best practices
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Explain how to use features within the Target App including Wallet
• Understand Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering and guide guests to enroll and use these features
• Handle returns following store policies and escalate to leaders as needed
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
• Stock supplies during store hours and be available for guests
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance
• Work safely; comply with safety policies and report hazards
• Support guest services (Order Pick Up, Drive-Up, Drive-Up Returns) and comply with applicable laws
• All other duties based on business needs
