The Food & Beverage team ensures a consistent experience for our guests by maintaining product freshness, stock, and accurate signage. They lead food operations, including replenishment, inventory, safety, presentation, and pricing across the store’s Food and Beverage areas.

• Providing a consistent Starbucks experience with high-quality, fresh food.
• Adhering to food safety and OSHA guidelines.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience with a focus on guest needs.
• Maintaining Food & Beverage standards.
• Executing food and beverage processes such as deliveries, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Supporting promotions and adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Supporting the Drive Up process for digital orders.
• Creating a welcoming environment and engaging with guests.
• Preparing handcrafted beverages and food as per recipes.
• Monitoring food safety temperatures and recording accordingly.
• Completing cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Managing inventory and stock levels accurately.
• Participating in training and certifications.
• Ensuring safety, compliance, and ethical conduct.
