Operations- Demonstrates high standards in customer service
- Meets financial metrics including service revenue, average ticket, client count, rebooking, and retail revenue
- Identifies opportunities for growth such as staffing, scheduling and coaching
- Responsible for the management of all personnel including recruitment, training, product knowledge, loss prevention, performance management, safety and legal compliance
- Conducts regular performance reviews and provides constructive feedback to enhance team performance
- Creates and maintains staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Manages store inventory
- Helps forecast sales, growth trajectories and expansion plans
- Collaborates with the store owner to develop and manage the salon budget
- Monitors and analyzes financial reports, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
- Implements strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Oversees the delivery of high-quality services and ensures client satisfaction
- Addresses client issues and concerns, providing timely and professional resolutions
- Maintains a positive and welcoming environment for clients and staff
- Leads through teaching employees and growing their productivity, with a clear vision of individual, team, and personal goals
- Provides coaching and mentoring to achieve those goals
- Identifies professional development needs for each staff member
- Ensures all technical service and product trainings are attended
- Conducts verbal and technical interviews to identify appropriate talent needed for salon growth
- Works with the store owner to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Coordinates and promotes special events, promotions, and collaborations to increase store visibility
- Assists with social media and requests marketing materials from corporate via internal portal
- Joins regular calls with owner and corporate to ensure consistency across the system
