What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with corporate leaders to set financial goals.
• Lead team to support business goals through effective management of revenue, expenses, and staffing.
• Utilize metrics to drive business results and ensure workplace safety.

• Develop and maintain effective staffing models.
• Mentor and develop talent to meet district and company leadership needs.
• Lead onboarding activities and provide ongoing support for career development.

• Ensure adherence to swim curriculum and program requirements.
• Lead program evaluations and implement best practices.

• Build customer loyalty and excitement for the FOSS brand.
• Manage customer relations and community engagement initiatives.

• Oversee pool equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Track ongoing results and communicate with the team in real-time.

Experience You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in managing multi-unit profitability and staff.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work in areas exposed to noise, chemicals, and industrial equipment.
