Senior Graphic Designer

Our client is a dynamic in‑house creative team in the wine and spirits industry. You will take ownership of brand and packaging design projects, working closely with family‑owned brands and sales teams to bring brand stories to life from concept through production and logistics.

In this role you will lead and deliver impactful design solutions, manage project workflows, and support junior team members while contributing to the broader creative goals.

• Conceptualise, develop, and execute end‑to‑end design solutions
• Lead project ownership, delivering on‑brand, on‑time, visually outstanding outcomes
• Champion brand strategies and act as a brand steward
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors (photographers, illustrators, printers)
• Support project organisation, planning and execution across multiple streams
• Provide feedback and critique to elevate team‑wide design quality
• Mentor and support junior designers

Key Requirements: Strategic thinker, detail‑oriented designer with solid foundation in brand packaging and identity design, ideally within premium wine and spirits sector.

• Minimum 5 years of design experience, including packaging or identity work
• Degree in Design, Packaging, Advertising or equivalent professional experience (BFA preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proven creative problem‑solving with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual strength and executional excellence
• Clear written and verbal communication with a professional demeanour
• Comfortable presenting rationale and giving/receiving constructive feedback
• Ability to sketch and visualise concepts effectively
• Demonstrated team spirit and mentoring ability
• Highly organised, adaptable to changing priorities
• Meticulous attention to detail under tight deadlines
• Positive, collaborative attitude, can‑do approach
