This position will be located at our Highland Heights, OH Facility and will be a 1st shift position. Inertial Aerospace has decades of experience in the aviation industry and continues to be the leader in the Repair of Inertial Navigation Equipment.
The company was acquired by HEICO Corporation in 2001 and continues to play a critical role within the industry known for its innovation.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a critical role within the operation of the company. The CSR acts as the liaison between the customer and Inertial’s operations team. A friendly voice, willingness to help, and swift response to questions are crucial to the success of this position and the success of IAS. This role will directly report to the Customer Service Manager.
