We’re seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of warehousing at our High Wycombe site.

ResponsibilitiesYou will coordinate closely with production, customer service, supply chain, transport providers, and contractors to maintain smooth site operations while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
This role suits someone who enjoys leading from the floor, improving systems, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Warehouse & Distribution
- Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods
- Ensure batch tracking, and accurate SAP processing
- Maintain warehouse stock accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and stocktakes
- Coordinate dispatch documentation and SAP transactions
- Ensure safe product storage aligned with Dangerous Goods classifications
- Liaise with supply chain to maintain safety stock and avoid shortages
- Coordinate with transport providers, 3PL partners, and suppliers
- Operational Coordination
- Act as the key liaison between warehouse, production, customer service, sales, and management
- Support production activities where required to meet customer demand
- Assist with raw material requisitions and site logistics coordination
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to OH&S policies and statutory requirements
- Lead safety initiatives including toolbox talks, hazard reporting, and risk assessments
- Maintain housekeeping and safe operating practices across the warehouse
- Ensure equipment, forklifts, and handling processes meet safety standards
- High Reach Forklift Licence
- 3–5+ years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Experience supervising warehouse operations or leading teams
- Strong working knowledge of inventory processes and dispatch operations
- Good computer skills including SAP and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with transport regulations and Dangerous Goods handling
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and manual handling tasks
- Able to carry 25kg bags and walk up and down stairs consistently throughout the day.
- Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.

This is a full time role, 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.
