Monday – Friday | 1:00pm – 10:00pm (40 hours)

Vanta are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established national distributor based in High Wycombe.

This is a permanent opportunity working within a professional warehouse team supplying specialist materials used in construction and infrastructure projects across the UK.

This role involves picking and packing smaller components, where attention to detail and accuracy are essential. The successful candidate must be comfortable working from detailed pick lists and packing instructions to ensure orders are prepared correctly.

The Warehouse Operative role will involve:

Picking and packing smaller components with a strong focus on accuracy
Reading and following detailed pick and packing lists
Checking orders carefully before dispatch
Packing items securely to maintain product quality
Assisting with goods in and stock organisation
General warehouse duties including maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Using basic computer systems where required

The ideal Warehouse Operative will have:

Previous warehouse experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and follow detailed pick and packing instructions
Basic computer skills
A reliable and organised approach to work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Important information:

Salary £29,400 per annum
Monday to Friday 1pm – 10pm
Some shifts may finish slightly earlier or later depending on workload
Own transport is required due to location
Alcohol and drug testing is conducted periodically
