Lead Sports Coach – Leading Provider of Sports Coaching and Wraparound Care

Brackley/Banbury and surrounding area

Full-Time/Monday to Friday role (some flexibility with hours inc. early/late starts depending on your availability)

£26,000 to £28,000 salary plus amazing benefits!

From being a predominantly sports centred business at the start of their journey, they have now evolved over the years into an Ofsted accredited, trusted, and hugely established childcare provider, offering a range of services that include PE lessons, sports clubs, before and after school wraparound care, school holiday clubs (inc. HAF provision), SEN and inclusion support, as well as a football development centre.

They are now looking for an experienced Sports Coach to join their ever growing team to deliver PE and school sport lessons and after school sports-based wraparound activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering fun and structured PE lessons to children in primary schools
• Preparing and delivering activities for primary-aged children in line with the company coaching philosophy
• Planning PE sessions to a high standard to meet the specific needs of individuals and groups of children
• Delivering sports-based activities and supporting multi-activity wraparound care sessions

The ideal candidate will need the following:

• NGB Level 2 qualification in any sport
• A valid safeguarding certificate
• A valid first aid certificate
• A valid Enhanced DBS check
• Experience teaching PE in schools
• An inclusive mindset and approach to their work

The Head Office is situated in Buckingham and this role will involve occasional travel for events and training.
