Buckinghamshire - QSW Protection Team - Umb; Temporary

Position: Buckinghamshire - QSW - Help & Protection Team - £38 p/h Umb (Temporary)
Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Help & Protection Team for Buckinghamshire Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Managing complex and varied caseloads within a Help & Protection environment.

* Undertaking statutory assessments including Child in Need and Child Protection assessments.

* Responding to safeguarding concerns and carrying out Section 47 enquiries where required.

* Working within a multi-agency setting, ensuring effective collaboration across partner services.

* Applying sound knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures in practice.

* Preparing accurate case recordings, assessments, and reports in line with statutory requirements.

Working Pattern:

* Hybrid working

Pay Rate:
* £38 p/h Umb

Essential Requirements:

* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent

* Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care

* Experience with in Child in Need and Child Protection teams

* Social Work England Registration

* Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
