The Service Maintenance and Repair Technician is an integral part of our mobile mechanic team, delivering first‑class service and repairs to customers at their workplaces or homes.

• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining diagnoses and repair needs.
• Work independently or as part of a team, traveling to various locations regardless of weather.
• Diagnose and fix vehicle issues on the roadside or at appointments.
• Provide exceptional service, acting as the friendly face of the UK’s largest motoring organisation.

• NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent with demonstrable workshop experience.
• Full Category B driving licence with 6 points or fewer.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
