Pay Range and Overview
The base pay range for this position is £27,200.00 – £34,400.00 per annum. This is an experienced Carpenter Multi‑Trader role, providing basic plumbing, electrical work, patch plastering, and tiling for social housing.
Responsibilities- Carry out property repairs and maintenance works in social housing.
- Follow the Scope of Works on PDA for each job.
- Full UK driving licence (not an automatic licence).
- Own hand‑tools and a good range of cordless power tools.
- Experience working in social housing.
- DBS certificate.
- Company van, fuel card, and paid parking (business use only).
- Mobile phone/PDA (business use only).

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Call‑outs required once every four weeks. On call from Monday to Sunday, 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. (£35–£50 per call‑out).
