Client Service Officer

Reef Group is a multi-award-winning business providing freight transport services throughout Western Australia since 2002.

The Client Service Officer position is based in High Wycombe. This position reports to the REEF Operations Manager, and will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Answering inbound calls from customers, ensuring communication is professional, prompt, accurate, and timely.
• Working with the Fleet Scheduling Team to ensure they are aware of customer requirements and checking job delivery is completed.
• Providing quotes to customers through phone and email communication, completing invoices in Linksoft system. Ensuring quotes are entered correctly and meet the time frame.
• Maintaining and building relationships daily with existing clients to grow the businesses.
• Provision of Administration reports and other tasks as required by managers.

• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• To be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced business.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to work with numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and the team.
• Strong time management and planning skills, with ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in the transport and logistic industry is desirable but not necessary.
