Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, Europe’s leading premium health and wellness groups, for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Consultant
.

This role combines high-volume outbound sales activity with in-club member engagement. Approximately 70% of the role is office-based, focused on phone sales and lead conversion, while 30% is spent in-club, showcasing facilities, conducting tours, and onboarding new members. You will play a key role in inspiring prospective members, achieving individual and team sales targets, and delivering a premium aftercare experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact prospective members via phone to generate and convert sales leads
  • Inspire and promote brand values through engaging, consultative sales conversations
  • Conduct club tours and showcase facilities to prospective members
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Manage the full membership journey, from initial contact to onboarding and aftercare
  • Maintain accurate records and administration of sales activity
  • Deliver a premium customer experience at every stage of the sales process
  • Work collaboratively with club teams to support overall membership growth
  • Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Target-driven mindset with strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing
  • Confident communicator with a professional and engaging phone manner
  • Self-motivated and proud of delivering a high-quality sales experience
  • Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
