Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing product recommendations.
• Deal with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
• Perform general warehouse duties including picking and packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries, and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch.

This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, with one Saturday a week, 8 am‑12 pm (paid as overtime).

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales and customer service or warehouse experience will be beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a small team.
