Paint Sprayer

kolt recruitment are looking for a paint sprayer to join a busy automotive bodyshop in high wycombe. this is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality paint finishes, working closely with the prep and panel teams to ensure vehicles are completed to a consistently high standard.
key responsibilities

* prepare and paint vehicles and panels to a high standard, matching manufacturer finish

* colour match, mix paints, and adjust blends to achieve accurate results

* mask, prime, and apply basecoat/clearcoat using spray equipment

* check paintwork for defects, carry out rectification where required (polish/flatting)

* maintain spray booth cleanliness and follow all health & safety procedures

* ensure jobs are completed efficiently while maintaining quality and deadlines

requirements

* proven experience as an automotive paint sprayer within a bodyshop environment

* confident with colour matching, blending, and using water-based paint systems

* strong attention to detail and pride in finish quality

* able to work to targets and maintain consistent output

* reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

* full uk driving licence preferred
