We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager – Perth to lead our operations and workshop. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving safety, operational performance, workshop efficiency, customer satisfaction, and commercial growth.

You will lead and develop a dedicated team, oversee operations, workshop service and maintenance operations, and ensure our fleet is maintained to the highest standard. With a strong focus on performance and revenue, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our sites.

• As the Branch Manager
  , you will be responsible for:
• Lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve high performance and strong engagement
• Drive a culture of safety excellence, ensuring compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Oversee operational performance, including workshop productivity, fleet maintenance, service delivery, and efficiency
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that support satisfaction, retention, and growth
• Drive sales and revenue, identifying opportunities to expand market presence and commercial outcomes
• Ensure all service and maintenance activities deliver a reliable, safe, and high-quality fleet
• Deliver consistent performance outcomes across cost, productivity, quality, and safety metrics
• Partner with senior leaders to execute national strategies
• Maintain strong governance, reporting, and operational discipline across all Perth operations
