Warehouse Supervisor

Nouvo Recruitment London are looking for a reliable and committed Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This hands-on role includes overseeing daily warehouse operations, supervising a small team, and ensuring safe and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control

* Prepare and dispatch orders on pallets

* Book outgoing pallets using logistics software

* Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely

* Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain a clean warehouse

* Supervise a small team

* Deliver goods twice weekly to West London

* Communicate with colleagues, suppliers, and shipping agents

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory/managerial role

* Forklift experience essential (certification preferred)

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong organisational and communication skills
