This is a bank maintenance position at Hazlemere Lodge care home in High Wycombe, operated by Agincare Homes Holdings. The role involves maintaining the building and grounds, undertaking repairs, and ensuring the safety of the care home for residents.
Main duties of the jobAs a Maintenance Person at Hazlemere Lodge care home, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements. You will assess and undertake repairs, including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, and repairing doors and windows. If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with the head office team to refer the repair to a contractor.
Safety is paramount, so you will ensure that the care home is safe for all of our residents. You will also ensure that work is completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.

What is required from you?
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
- Must hold a valid driving licence and use of your own vehicle
- This is a bank position so you must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends as and when required.
- As this is bank, it is a zero hour contract
A day in the life of a Maintenance Person
