Mainduties of the job
As a Maintenance Person at Hazlemere Lodge care home, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements. You will assess and undertake repairs, including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, and repairing doors and windows. If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with the head office team to refer the repair to a contractor.
Ensuring the safety of the care home for all residents is paramount, and you will be responsible for completing and recording work in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.

What is required from you?
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
- Must hold a valid driving licence and use of your own vehicle
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends
A day in the life of a Maintenance Person
- You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements
