Regional Sales Manager

We’re not looking for someone to “manage territory.”

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager who knows how to build and close serious enterprise deals.

Someone who can structure opportunities worth $5M+, generate $1M+ annually from new logos, and operate confidently at VP level and above.

This is a role for a commercially sharp, technically credible sales leader who understands modern enterprise environments — including networking, digital transformation, data engineering, enterprise application life cycles, and SaaS ecosystems.

You will own the full sales lifecycle: from market analysis and prospecting through to proposal, negotiation, and close. You’ll work closely with engineering and delivery teams, ensuring solutions are aligned, commercially robust, and technically sound.

Strong relationship-building skills are essential. You’ll be engaging senior decision-makers across Europe, developing long-term partnerships and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Experience selling into European markets is required.

What You’ll Bring

* 10–15 years’ experience in telecoms, technology, enterprise applications or SaaS

* Proven ability to create, structure and close large multi-service deals ($5M+)

* Track record of generating significant new-logo revenue

* Strong understanding of enterprise digital transformation and solution selling

* Experience working across sales, engineering and partner ecosystems

* Willingness to travel extensively within Europe

* Graduate Engineering Degree (essential)

* MBA (desirable, not mandatory)

Above all, you’ll be collaborative, commercially disciplined, and comfortable operating in complex environments where credibility matters.

This is a full-time position on our payroll within a focused, performance-driven team that values structured enterprise selling and cross-functional alignment.
