Working Model: Hybrid (1/2 days per week in office)
Payrate: £260 - £281 per day on PAYE
£350 - £372.60 per day INSIDE IR35 Umbrella

The Role: We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Android Development to lead a custom software engineering project. This is a high-impact role combining deep technical execution with team leadership and architectural decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Design:
  Build and enhance custom Android components across complex systems.
• SME Leadership:
  Act as the technical point of contact for cross-functional teams.
• Quality Control:
  Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Strategic Input:
  Drive key decisions on software design and scalable solutions.

Technical Requirements:

• Expert Android:
  Deep proficiency in Android SDK and custom application development.
• Software Design:
  Advanced skills in software engineering patterns and system architecture.
• Agile:
  Experience delivering in high-performing, modern Agile environments.
• Security:
  Must hold active SC Clearance.
