We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join a growing business based in the High Wycombe area.

Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:
* Manage and develop your own recruitment sector, building a portfolio of clients and candidates
* Work from an established client and candidate database
* Proactively generate new business opportunities
* Account manage existing clients and develop long-term relationships
* Conduct business development and telesales activity
* Recruit for both contract and permanent roles
Skills and Experience Required for the Recruitment Consultant:
* Proven success in recruitment or B2B sales
* Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
* Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Ability to operate as a sector specialist
* Full UK driving licence
* Highly motivated with strong personal standards and professional expectations
