I am currently recruiting for a Front Office Manager at this luxury hotel in Buckinghamshire. My client is looking for a confident, energetic, and well‑organised individual to join their team. Are you a natural leader with impeccable guest experience skills within the luxury sector?
About The Position- Oversee the daily operations of the front office and maintain the highest standards.
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel.
- Host and provide the highest level of customer service.
- Maintain a strong relationship with all guests.
- Achieve department KPIs.
- Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments.
- Manage the front office rosters.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel.
- Well presented with flawless communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Natural team leader.
