• Night Supervisor is responsible for the running of the Front Desk and will support the management team with Night Audit.
• Deliver brand standards at any time of the day.
• Use knowledge of the Hotel’s products and services to handle all guests’ requests, including additional room amenities or room service.
• Adapt to shift changes with flexibility and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
