Salary: £19,656 per annum

Hours: Part‑time (30 hours per week)

• Providing personal care in a dignified and respectful way
• Assisting with the daily administration of medication
• Encouraging life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting
• Organising trips to local amenities
• Promoting independence and helping residents achieve their personal goals
• Following tailored support plans and risk assessments to ensure safety and wellbeing
• Providing appropriate support to those living in their own homes or supported housing settings
• Building long‑lasting support relationships
• Being flexible and reliable, able to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays
