PLC House builder urgently requires a Development Planner to work in their busy Land and Planning division.

The PLC House builder has an excellent reputation for unlocking some of the largest and most complicated development schemes outside of London and possesses one of the largest land banks in the country.

The role involves gaining planning consent on existing land parcels owned by the company, obtaining planning permission on land purchased by the Land department, and further optimizing land deals with Planning to maximize site profitability by increasing density to align with the company's profile and products.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of planning experience within a house builder or consultancy environment.

This role reports to the Planning Manager, who reports to the Land & Planning Director. There are significant promotional prospects, and successful candidates could be promoted to Planning Manager based on performance.
