• Electronics Engineer position dealing with a range of lightning control systems from hardware, electronics and software.
• Design PCBs for integration into new & existing systems; e.g. DALI driver design, Bluetooth interface communication devices, Relay Circuits, LCMs & control modules supplying power to LED drivers, PoE switches and drivers, and Sensors.
• Component selection for circuit designs.
• Setting up long‑term testing of new products and continual evaluation of performance and capability.
• Training Commissioning Engineers on products.
• Product testing and fault finding (including RMAs and Goods‑In Inspection).
• Design electronics to comply with product‑specific regulations and standards, e.g. EMC / LVD.
• Full management of R&D lab – organisation of samples and new product project boxes.

• Design experience within the electrical market sector.
• Experience dealing with 4‑layered boards at a minimum.
• Experience designing printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Ideally a degree in Electronics Engineering or similar.
• Experience in lighting control systems, lighting or smart lighting design would be highly advantageous.
• Ideally an Electrical Engineering qualification / degree.
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
• IT Literate.
