Role Overview: As a Graduate Trainee at Instron you will be part of a global brand with the opportunity to influence and define your own future within a diverse organisation. This role will provide you with opportunities to work within multiple teams through a series of placements to continue developing your skills as an engineer and to contribute to current projects to improve our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a multidisciplinary engineering team (Mechanical, Electronics, Firmware, Software, Commercial) in the R&D group and production environments.
• Participate in multiple placement rotations over up to 2 years, following a structured training and development programme.
• Contribute to current projects and support the improvement of our product portfolio.
• Engage in on‑the‑job training, external and internal courses, and e‑learning to learn our business philosophies.
