A leading global engineering firm in High Wycombe is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Manager to lead safety initiatives and culture across the site. In this hands-on role, you'll manage the HSE Management System, mentor teams, and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation. The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH Certificate and relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.

This position offers a salary of £45-£55K plus benefits.
