Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant, Tutor, or Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career? • Deliver bespoke academic and pastoral sessions to young people who are currently unable to access mainstream education.
• Work in learners' homes, libraries, community centres, and other local settings to help students regain confidence, overcome barriers to learning, and progress towards reintegration into school or alternative provisions.

• Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting young people with additional needs.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Experience working 1:1 and the ability to tailor teaching to individual learning styles.
• Ability to thrive in flexible, one-to-one environments and make a meaningful impact on hard-to-reach learners.
