A large and welcoming High Wycombe primary school is seeking a dedicated Year 2 Class Teacher to join its team from September 2026. The successful Year 2 Class Teacher will be responsible for teaching a Year 2 class, delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum and supporting pupils as they prepare for the transition into Key Stage
2. This role is based in High Wycombe and offers the chance for a committed Year 2 Class Teacher to make a real impact in the classroom.

The school can offer long-term opportunities, including the opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate. Salary will be paid in line with the Main Pay Scale (MPS), depending on experience.

The ideal Year 2 Class Teacher will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1

Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills

Be committed to high standards of teaching and pupil progress

Work effectively as part of a team in a busy High Wycombe primary school
