Are you an experienced UK teacher or qualified HLTA looking for your next exciting opportunity in education? We are currently recruiting for a confident and capable HLTA / Teacher to work within welcoming and supportive schools in High Wycombe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to pupils' learning, development, and confidence every single day.

As an HLTA / Teacher, you will:

• Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Support students across a range of abilities, including SEN where required
• Lead small group interventions to raise attainment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and professionally
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leadership
• Support assessment, marking, and pupil progress tracking

This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to play a key role in maintaining high educational standards.

• MUST have UK Teaching Experience
• MUST hold an Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to obtain one)
• HLTA qualification or equivalent teaching-level experience
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Confident delivering lessons independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
