Make a Difference – SEMH Teaching Assistant
📍 High Wycombe | KS3 & KS4 | Full‑Time

Pertemps Education is working in partnership with a nationally established alternative education provider supporting 11–16‑year‑olds who thrive in smaller, structured learning environments. The school delivers high‑quality, inspirational teaching tailored to each learner. Their mission is clear: to enable positive progression – whether that’s returning to mainstream education or preparing students for further education, training or employment.
What You’ll Be Doing- ✔ Supporting students with SEMH needs in small class settings
- ✔ Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- ✔ Building trust and consistency with vulnerable learners
- ✔ Supporting academic engagement across KS3 & KS4
- ✔ Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
- Experience in SEMH, PRU, youth work or similar settings
- Strong behaviour management skills
