Leader Group is delighted to be working in partnership with a respected Therapeutic Education Service provider to recruit an Experienced EBSA SEND Teacher for an exciting specialist SEND school in High Wycombe

We are looking for a Specialist Inclusion Teacher EBSA & SEN to join our dedicated team, supporting pupils to re‑engage with learning, build resilience, and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, evidence‑informed lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils, including those with SEND and trauma histories.
  • Use assessment data to monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Promote pupils social, emotional, and academic development through trauma‑informed and therapeutic approaches.
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning, consistent with the school s behaviour policy and Staff Code of Conduct.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and specialist staff to provide effective support.
  • Support pupils gradual re‑engagement with education, ensuring EHCP outcomes are central to planning.
The Successful Candidate Will:
  • Hold QTS or QTLS
  • Have proven experience teaching pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviour
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of curriculum, assessment, and behaviour management in special education settings
  • Be able to plan, deliver, and assess effective teaching and learning
  • Show resilience, empathy, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable pupils
