Leader Group is delighted to be working in partnership with a respected Therapeutic Education Service provider to recruit an Experienced EBSA SEND Teacher for an exciting specialist SEND school in High Wycombe

Salary: £28000 – £43,000

We are looking for a Specialist Inclusion Teacher – EBSA & SEN to join our dedicated team, supporting pupils to re-engage with learning, build resilience, and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, evidence-informed lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils, including those with SEND and trauma histories.
Use assessment data to monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Promote pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development through trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning, consistent with the school’s behaviour policy and Staff Code of Conduct.
Collaborate with teaching assistants and specialist staff to provide effective support.
Support pupils’ gradual re-engagement with education, ensuring EHCP outcomes are central to planning.
The Successful Candidate Will:
Hold QTS or QTLS
Have proven experience teaching pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviour
Demonstrate a strong understanding of curriculum, assessment, and behaviour management in special education settings
Be able to plan, deliver, and assess effective teaching and learning
Show resilience, empathy, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable pupils
