• Experience working with children in a primary school setting
• Experience supporting pupils across KS1 and/or KS2
• Strong behaviour management and classroom support skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach
• Experience supporting SEN pupils is desirable (but not essential)
• Ability to travel to schools across High Wycombe
