• Creating engaging and differentiated lessons that follow the KS2 curriculum
• Establishing clear expectations and routines to maintain a calm and focused classroom
• Encouraging a safe and inclusive learning space where pupils feel valued and motivated
• Using assessment tools to track progress and tailor future learning
• Promoting independence, resilience, and a growth mindset in pupils
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Getting involved in school life through trips, assemblies, resilgation activities

• Has experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year äiv (preferred but not essential)
• Is confident in managing behaviour and creating a positive classroom culture
• Is reflective, flexible, and committed to inclusive teaching practices
• Communicates effectively and works well within a team
• Is enthusiastic about continuous learning and curriculum development
