The Role- Own the critical path of product launches to the website, working closely with the relevant teams to coordinate imagery and product copy to ensure new products are loaded efficiently to prevent any delays to launch
- Responsible for the daily site audit of UK and international websites, ensuring all journeys are optimised, all content and product information is pulling through as expected
- Manage stock reporting, ensuring all products are live; working through any nuances and escalating risks or concerns to the wider trading team
- Review forward intake, ensuring that products are ready for launch and fully optimised for the website
- Awareness of product availability across international websites and the impact this has on trading & marketing activity
- Own the creation & maintenance of Shop the Look
- Work with the marketing team to support on campaign and promotional launches on site, ensuring we have sufficient stock to support
- Visual merchandising of category pages, ensuring optimum position and maximum commercial exposure of all products based on analytics, trading requirements and stock availability. Understand when differing merchandising strategies are needed for international sites
- Support with the optimisation of search functionality, reviewing top search terms, implementing redirects and synonyms
- Conduct regular market reviews across key competitors, focused on identifying opportunities for improvements
- Assist with the production of Excel based daily/weekly trade reports and carry out ad hoc reporting as required, for both the UK and international websites. Able to articulate and share insights from reports
- Utilise reporting systems and analytics tools to extract & combine data for reporting
- Working in partnership with your line manager to continually improve your own performance taking an active role in setting and achieving stretching objectives
- You're highly commercial - numerate and data‑driven balanced with a keen interest in fashion
- You can communicate effectively with people at all levels, from Directors to peers, communicating your ideas and suggestions clearly, positively, and convincingly
- You are confident to admit if you don't know something and able to seek advice from others
- You are a great communicator, using strong questioning and listening skills to ensure you have shared understanding before leaving any discussion/meeting
- You're brilliantly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload to get the job done to the highest standards
- You focus on solutions not problems, showing an ability to make key decisions within a framework
- You're a self‑starter and excited to learn
- If you have experience with Excel, GA, Attraqt, Shopify and Content Square that is a bonus but not essential
- You will understand the brand's core customer and their behaviour across all ecommerce sites
