Aztrum is proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking architectural practice known for delivering outstanding design and consultancy work across the Residential and Commercial sectors.
Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Architectural Technician to join their growing team.
The right candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent attention to detail, and a practical approach to turning design ideas into buildable solutions. You’ll be involved across all project stages, helping to bring creative visions to life through accurate technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders to produce clear, coordinated technical solutions
Create and manage detailed drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation
Provide insight on materials, construction methods, and technical best practices
Visit sites and liaise with contractors to ensure that design and construction align with technical requirements and building regulations
Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; experience working in a BIM environment is an advantage
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and current construction techniques
A methodical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to explain technical details to clients and colleagues alike
