We are seeking a motivated individual with a positive, “can-do” attitude to join our supportive team in a full‑time position. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to resolve issues and solve problems efficiently, all while maintaining a professional and customer‑focused approach.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch. This role is the first point of contact for all customer and subcontractor enquiries, whether via phone, email, or in person, and is crucial to delivering a seamless and high‑quality service experience.

You will be responsible for managing ongoing communication between subcontractors, warehouse staff, stock controllers, and external transport providers. The role also includes tracking stock and processing payments. To succeed in this position, you must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and have a polite, professional phone manner.

• Proactive and diligent, with a strong desire to learn and grow — experience in the Hire industry isn't essential as training will be provided.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys the challenge of adapting quickly.
• Experience in a similar role and the ability to confidently learn new software systems.
• Possesses intermediate Excel skills, including knowledge of basic formulas, and demonstrates excellent reconciliation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Capable of meeting targets, prioritizing tasks, and applying a problem‑solving mindset.
