About the role

Due to continued growth across our construction operations, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our WA/SA Construction team. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative environment across both our construction and commercial teams, providing key commercial and contractual support across a diverse range of specialised modular construction projects.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of head contracts and subcontract agreements, ensuring commercial outcomes are achieved and contractual obligations are met. Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and the wider Commercial team, you will build strong working relationships and play a vital role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely project delivery.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based at either our Para Hills (South Australia) or High Wycombe (Western Australia) office, both locations offering the convenience of free onsite parking.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer head contracts and subcontracts, including progress claims, payment schedules, variations, EOTs, latent conditions, training plans, and contractual notices
  • Ensure head contract conditions are accurately captured and flowed down into subcontract agreements
  • Manage invoicing and progress claims in line with Project Bank Account requirements
  • Support Project Managers by monitoring project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and overall project performance
  • Assist with cost control, forecasting, and budget alignment, identifying and escalating discrepancies where required
  • Coordinate project startup requirements including insurances, approvals, permits, project bank accounts, and dilapidation reports
  • Compile and manage project handover documentation, manuals, and certification processes
  • Maintain accurate and up to date project registers including variations, RFIs, EOTs, SIs and contract registers
About you

You are a commercially minded and detail‑oriented Contracts Administrator with strong experience supporting construction project delivery. You thrive in a fast paced environment, are comfortable managing competing priorities, and take pride in maintaining high standards of compliance and organisation.

What you’ll bring
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Contracts or Project Administration role within the construction or manufacturing sector
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects through to completion within time and budget
  • Strong capability in subcontract administration and scope management
  • Demonstrated experience administering AS4300 contracts, Project Bank Accounts, and training plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • High level attention to detail, with strong analytical and record-keeping skills
  • Intermediate computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Navision experience advantageous)
  • Commitment to delivering high quality customer and stakeholder outcomes
  • Current White Card and driver’s licence
