Luxury Brand Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused Luxury Brand Vehicle Technician to join a prestigious automotive dealership representing a premium marque. This role requires exceptional technical ability, professionalism and craftsmanship, delivering outstanding vehicle maintenance and repair standards aligned with luxury brand expectations.

You will work with cutting-edge technology, advanced diagnostics and high-performance vehicles, ensuring every vehicle meets the highest levels of quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on high-end luxury vehicles
• Perform advanced diagnostics on mechanical, electrical and electronic systems
• Identify faults accurately and complete repairs to manufacturer-approved standards
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and quality control checks
• Ensure exceptional attention to detail in all workmanship and vehicle presentation
• Maintain accurate job cards, digital reports and service records
• Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and Parts teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Uphold brand standards, workshop processes and health & safety compliance
• Stay up to date with manufacturer training and technical updates

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a luxury or prestige brand environment
• Strong diagnostic capability and confidence with modern vehicle systems
• High standards of workmanship, pride in quality and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a high-performance team
• MOT Tester certification (desirable but not essential)
• Full UK driving licence
