• Attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and repair vehicles on site or arrange drive‑back to workshop.
• Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues.
• Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical and diagnostics.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of the business.

• Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or level 2/ equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds, IMI, NVQ). Must be able to show qualification.
• Minimum 3 years experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
• Full UK driving licence – no more than 9 points or bans.
• Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
