Are you ready to become a vital part of a dynamic team? We’re looking for a proactive and meticulously organised HR / Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations and help modernise a traditional business.
About the RoleThis full-time, on-site position is based in High Wycombe, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities- Managing daily administrative tasks and office equipment
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Answering phone calls and booking meetings
- Managing site supplies and assisting with daily timesheets & payroll data
- On‑boarding new starters and coordinating with various departments
- Updating the CRM and HR documentation
- Potentially taking on marketing and content creation responsibilities

Key Qualifications- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- HR-related experience is a plus
- Proficient in using AI tools, including ChatGPT, for efficient workflow
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable building and delivering presentations
