* ** Overview:*
* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team under the supervision of the Maintenance Team Leader. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining machinery and equipment in the molding and assembly department, ensuring they operate according to the manufacturer's instructions and our company's procedures.

* Key Responsibilities:

* 1. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.

2. Operate primary equipment including chillers, dryers, compressors, cooling towers, HVAC, general lighting, and pumping systems.

3. Complete maintenance activity forms for preventive, predictive, or corrective maintenance.

4. Maintain organization of materials and tools (5S methodology).

5. Assist in the movement and installation of machinery.

6. Perform corrective maintenance tasks on equipment.

7. Uphold order and cleanliness in the department (5S).

8. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives through the Kaizen methodology using PPI tools.

9. Disassemble mechanical devices for repair and reassemble with new parts.

10. Operate metalworking tools to fabricate and repair parts.

11. Adhere to safety and environmental regulations.

12. Maintain equipment for environmental operational control.

** Authorities:*
* + Apply LOTO procedures.

+ Access electrical panels for review.

+ Enter restricted areas such as substations and rooftops.

+ Report violations of dress code and environmental issues.

+ Execute corrective measures for environmental impacts.

** Requirements:*
* *
* Education:

*
* + Completion of high school (desirable) and/or

+ Technical career in a related field (Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical Technician preferred).

*
* Experience:

*
* + 1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.

+ Basic skills in industrial, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

+ Basic experience with air compressors, refrigeration, HVAC, and chillers.

** Knowledge:*
* + Familiarity with equipment and tools (multimeter, megohmmeter, ammeter).

+ Understanding of mechanics, electronics, and robotics is desirable.

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.

** Work Environment:*
* + Varied environments including office, laboratory, production, and outdoors.

+ Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

** Position Deliverables:*
* + Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including work orders for corrective maintenance, 4

Dx Dashboard, preventive maintenance reports, and error-free documentation.
