• Meet or exceed daily and monthly goals for calls, scheduled appointments, and sales
• Manage incoming phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, accessories, financing options, and promotions
• Call all unsold prospects
• Answer all overflow fast ring calls
• Schedule appointments and monitoring customer satisfaction
• Work with Internet Manager to follow up with leads
• Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive and respectful attitude
• Exercise exemplary verbal and non-verbal communication skills and protect the dealership’s interest when communicating with customers.

• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent and professional communication skills are a must
• Proactive self-starter
• Confident, positive, and high energy presence
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8a-5p
• Positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• Must be reliable
• Complete background check and drug screen
• Must have Valid State Driver's License and Social Security Card
