Now seeking a dynamic PM Restaurant Supervisor! Will supervise multiple outlets to include restaurant, cafe, and bar.
Duties will include:
- Supervision and training of staff
- Assigning nightly tasks
- Answering questions and concerns of staff and guests
- A large amount of guest interaction, spending a majority of time on the floor
- Fostering team work and a neat, safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Experience as a F&B Shift Supervisor
- Both restaurant and bar experience helpful
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to multi task is crucial
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with front and back of the house to ensure smooth operations
- Team player with a can do positive attitude
